Can I check in late after the event?
Yes. Every apartment has a smart-lock so you can arrive any time after 16:00, including 3am after a festival night. You'll get the code by email 24h before arrival.
I'm booking for a group of 4–6. Can we stay together?
Most of our apartments sleep 4–6. For larger groups we can offer two adjacent apartments in the same building. Just message us after booking and we'll arrange it.
Is parking available near SMASH Sports Center?
Selected apartments include private parking. For others, paid public lots within 200m are typical. Mention parking in your booking notes and we'll suggest the best fit.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in on direct bookings. After that, no automatic refund. No surprise fees, ever.
